BCR Property Management was born in the Basque Country with a simple idea: treat every holiday home as an asset, with the discipline of a boutique hotel and the personal touch of a local.
The founder
Borja
I have been hosting in Bilbao for 6 years and I’m an Airbnb Superhost. My apartment next to the Guggenheim has 269 reviews averaging 4.93 and is one of Airbnb’s Guest Favourites. That’s where I learned that pricing, presentation and guest care decide how much a home earns.
Today we apply the same method to every home we manage in Bilbao and San Sebastián, keeping the portfolio small so every owner gets direct attention.
